The lawsuit against Vicki was recently dismissed, according to court documents obtained by Page Six and The Blast earlier this week. The case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning that it cannot be refiled, Page Six reports.

During the RHOC Season 14 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Vicki about an alleged legal matter that came up during the season. "At the core of this dispute is a pre-existing lawsuit that Kelly [Dodd] brought up that you're a part of with an 82-year-old woman," he said, referring to the moment when Vicki defended her reputation and shut down any gossip that she is a "con woman" during the ladies' trip to Florida.

Vicki briefly addressed the lawsuit during the reunion. "Well, I can't talk about it 'cause we go to mediation," she said. "But what I will say, anybody that goes after my business, I'm the CEO of a major corporation, and I insure thousands and thousands of people, so for anybody to insinuate that I'm fraudulent, a con woman, or anything other than the truth, they're going to get sued."

Vicki confirmed on Instagram last month that she will not be returning to RHOC. "I will always be the OG of the OC, but it’s time to say goodbye to The Real Housewives of Orange County. It’s been an incredible ride for 14 years, and I want thank all of you for your support, for your love and for 'whooping it up' with me along the way. I’ve been working on new projects that will be exciting, empowering, and inspirational. My podcast with Westwood One will be launching soon, and I will have much more to say about this on 'Whoop it up with Vicki,'" she wrote. "I hope you will join me with my new journey, so please stay tuned. I love all my fans, and I want to thank Bravo and Evolution for this incredible experience, which my family and I have will never forget."
