How Does Vicki Gunvalson's Daughter Feel About Her Mom's Engagement?

Beginning a new chapter can sometimes be scary, but it seems to be suiting Vicki Gunvalson's son-in-law, Ryan Culberson.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

Ryan shared the below photo of himself with wife Briana Culberson on Instagram on January 25 with the two looking all smiles and at home together in North Carolina. One follower in the comments remarked how the couple has never looked better and wondered if Ryan looking more relaxed had anything to do with leaving the Marine Corps. "It takes some time," Ryan admitted in the comments. "But yes the stress levels have definitely went down!"

Ryan began a new journey as a civilian after completing his time in the Marine Corps in 2017.  After moving to Oklahoma, where Ryan was stationed following a tour of Afghanistan, the Culbersons moved back to Orange County in 2015. They later moved to North Carolina in 2017.

Since he became a civilian, Ryan has focused on his family, including wife Briana and their sons, Troy, 7, and Owen, 5. He has also been making some changes in his health, including starting the Keto diet, which led to a dramatic weight loss for him and Briana.

Briana and Ryan returned to The Real Housewives of Orange County in Season 14 to celebrate Vicki's engagement to Steve Lodge (clip above). "Life in North Carolina is amazing. This is the best year health-wise that I've probably had in the last 10 or 12 years," Briana said during an interview in the episode. "I'm getting really good medical care at one of the best lupus practices in the nation. I've started a Keto diet, and I've lost almost 60 pounds. I think less stress has helped, and we've never been happier, so it's perfect."
