During her time on Saturday Night Live, Cheri Oteri was known for her iconic Spartan cheerleader routine and her spot-on impression of Barbara Walters. Now the comedienne has submitted her casting tape to be on Bravo's own Real Housewives.
Moonlighting as Michelle Manculuso DiCesticclione (we're getting confirmation on the spelling!), she says she would be a good housewife because of all of her different interests. "I love lots of authors and art," she explains.
"Michelle" also seems to have a fiery relationship with the "love of her life," Vito, has plans to launch a sparkling wine called Pear-Shaped Girl, and dreams of undergoing only one cosmetic procedure: having her ears pinned back.
She also already has her tagline all set. "I'm a pint-sized powerhouse and I'm ready to rock. And pounce. Like a puma," says Oteri.
The SNL alum appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Monday where she addressed her very noticeable absence from Sunday night's Saturday Night Live 40th anniversary extravaganza. The culprit? A scheduling conflict that wouldn't allow her to confirm her appearance until only a few days before the live show was to air. Oteri was a part of the star-studded audience however.
