Fredrik Eklund's latest accomplishment deserves a high kick. And the Million Dollar Listing New York agent is feeling all-caps excited about it. You see, his book The Sell, just landed at #1 on iTunes Top Audiobooks chart. "THIS JUST MADE ME START CRYING!!!" Fredrik wrote on Instagram. "NUMBER ONE ON ITUNES AUDIOBOOKS WORLDWIDE. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU."

The dad-to-be has a few reasons to celebrate these days. In addition to The Sell, well, selling he announced a new partnership between his Manhattan team at Douglas Elliman and a fellow top-ranking team out in the Hamptons. The news comes hot on the heels of a string of dates he announced where he will be speaking in Australia in October about his secrets to success.

A few things going on in this picture. I just got a new haircut for the Fall, by @ammoncarver who's photobombing me in the background (congrats on your new studio buddy â¤ï¸). I told him I wanted "boyish." And I'm showing off today's New York Post with a full page next to Page 6 celebrating the #1 teams in New York and Hamptons in a new amazing alliance. And oh, I just got called a DILF for the first time in my life, and it made me laugh out loud (because it's true - for those who get it?! ðððð).

And, let's not forget, he was also recently reunited with a toy from his childhood. Looks like Fredrik's August hasn't been too shabby.

I posted the top photo three Thursdays ago with the caption: "I'm still the same guy. Just six feet taller and in a suit." Now, today I opened a package sent to my office from a fan named Jeanne in Connecticut - and found my old toy from the early 80's!! The same little high kicking guy on the bike with "Happy Days" printed on the flag. I have no idea how she found it but it's now sitting on my desk and will make me smile for the rest of my life. The memories!!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ #weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
