Gigi Hadid is one of the fastest-rising stars in fashion and little sister Bella, who also recently launched her modeling career, isn't far behind. But the Hadid girls, who also have a younger brother and five step-sisters, aren't the only remarkable members of their blended family.
Gigi's mom, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster, had three children—Gigi, Bella and Anwar—during her marriage to mega-mansion developer Mohamed Hadid. Anwar, an athletic 15-year-old high school student has the same model looks as his older sisters but unlike Gigi and Bella he's more likely to follow in dad's footsteps, not mom's. He's already expressed an interest in architecture.
While many teenagers would play it too cool to openly express love for their older sisters, Anwar openly gushes over his sisters on social media and posts pics hanging out with Bella and Gigi. His loving nature hasn't gone unnoticed by his family. "This beautiful soul has embraced my life with more love and joy then words can describe," Yolanda wrote on her blog.
The Hadid kids gained more than a step-father when Yolanda married prolific music producer David Foster in 2011. David has five biological daughters and several step-children from his previous three marriages. Two of his daughters, Erin and Sara Foster, are staring in a new reality parody called Barely Famous debuting on VH1 later this month. Erin, who wrote for NBC's The New Normal, and Sara, who appeared on Entourage and CW's 90210, cite The Larry Sanders Show and Extras as influences for the which follows the social lives of two sisters born into fame.
One familial connection illustrates just how small of a town Hollywood is. David was married to Linda Thompson, ex-wife of Bruce Jenner, for 14 years which means he was step-father to Bruce and Brody, the older brothers of Gigi's model BFF Kendall Jenner.
