When Andy Cohen first gave us the scoop on The Andy Cohen Diaries, he revealed that anyone who is anyone would be included in the book.
He isn't kidding. The proof? A handy index—similar to the unauthorized ones that were published following Andy Warhol's Diaries, on which Andy's book is inspired—that charts Every. Single. Mention. of his celebrity pals, family, friends, and Housewives in one convenient PDF. (Check it out courtesy of our pals at World of Wonder.)
There's one special figure in Andy's life who isn't counted—that'd be his dog Wacha, because, as WoW notes, "he's on practically every page."
So which people got the most mentions in The Andy Cohen Diaries? We did all the leg work to break down the Top Ten.
It'd make sense that Andy's BFF—and co-owner of the Palm Restaurant Group—would figure prominently: he scored 79 mentions in Diaries.
Sarah Jessica Parker
Whether it's watching his friend perform on Broadway or attending last year's Met Gala, Andy gave her 35 shout-outs.
The Queen of Pop reigns supreme in Andy's book—of the 32 references by Andy, our favorite is his run-in with her during a cross-country flight. Who knew Madge flew commercial?
Many of the 30 call-outs by Andy in his book recall her amazing Watch What Happens Live appearance—and the insane backstory behind Lady Gaga Peefume!
John Benjamin Hickey
The star of The Big C and Law and Order: SVU has been a longtime pal of Andy's and got 30 mentions.
It makes sense that his pal and seasoned talk-show producer would get 30 shout-outs: Andy called her most mornings over the course of the past year to talk out his daily diary entries.
Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa
They're happily married—and equally beloved by Andy, with each getting 28 mentions.
Most of the 26 times the late night host appears in the book are over the course of the summer, when the two hung out in the Hamptons.
He's the talent agent who reps the Watch What Happens Live host, so naturally he'd be everywhere (24 mentions) .
There are plenty of other celebs who get love from Andy—after all, he almost called his book Diary of a Name Dropper—including Anderson Cooper (23 mentions), Joan Rivers (18), Diane Von Furstenberg (16), Sean Avery (16), and John Mayer (14). Many of the Housewives appear too, including NeNe Leakes (14) and Bethenny Frankel (14).
But some of our favorite names listed in the Unofficial Index are the ones you might miss: "Matchbox Twenty Guy" (that'd be Rob Thomas), "Moroccan Person He Had Sex With," Tan Mom, Flotilla Debarge, the Grateful Dead, and hundreds of others.
