One of the biggest athletic competitions of the year is almost here. Coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea officially kicks off on Thursday, February 8 on NBC.
Of course, winning an Olympic medal is not only one of the greatest honors in sports but also in life. So we imagine the athletes competing in this year's Winter Games are feeling at least a tad bit of pressure to take home the gold.
But that's nothing compared to the sweat-inducing stress that a round of Plead the Fifth can cause. We put three-time Olympic medalist Kelly Clark (snowboarding), two-time Olympic gold medalist Ted Ligety (alpine skiing), and women's ice hockey goalie Alex Rigsby to the test, asking them each a few questions to get to know a little bit more about them when they're not on the slopes or on the rink.
Press play on the above videos to get the scoop on these athletes' most cringeworthy competition moments, their favorite celebs, and all the perks that come with being an Olympian. Now we can't wait to root for these Olympians and the rest of Team USA!
