Yolanda Foster: Lyme Disease Is a 'Nightmare'
The 'RHOBH' star continues to battle the debilitating disease and give words of encouragement to other Lymies.
Since being diagnosed with Lyme Disease, it’s been quite the journey for Yolanda Foster—a two year, nine month one that she describes as a “nightmare.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been chronicling her battle against the disease that has robbed her of her ability to at times read and write and even forced her to put her beautiful Malibu home on the market. She recently shared this selfie of herself undergoing treatment for the ailment in Germany with some words of encouragement.
”No matter how much it hurts, you have to keep going,” she writes. “#NoteToSelf #WeMustFindACure #TwoYearNineMonthNightMare #GermanyDay7.”
Luckily the former supermodel has a strong support system. She also posted pictures of herself in her mother’s arms, and another of her brother pretending to bite her toes to get a giggle out of her during this difficult time.
Aside from her immediate family, the Dutch beauty has also received a ton of love and support from her fellow Housewives—who just last month raised awareness by joining the #LymeDiseaseChallenge.
