The Real Housewives of New York City alum has lots to say about the kitchen fixture.

After Show: Carole & Adam’s Cookbook

When Carole Radziwill was asked to participate in a panel discussion about food, at first she wasn't sure she was a fit. After all, even though she once worked on a cookbook (see the clip above), The Real Housewives of New York City alum doesn't have particularly strong feelings about food. Refrigerators, however, are another matter.

The veteran journalist took to Instagram Stories on November 7 to share some footage from the panel. In a series of captioned snaps, she explained: "I agreed to speak on a panel... about food. I had met the moderator... I told her [food] wasn't a big subject in my life, but... I had written an essay about my refrigerator a few years back that I was editing for my new book."

Because, as Carole later wrote, "I'm really into refrigerators."

By watching Carole's Stories, we got to listen in on a little snippet of the essay in question. From what we could glean, she was describing the contents of her refrigerator once upon a time. Back then, it held the things Carole thought she should have in her fridge — even if she didn't particularly like those things. (Did you know? She hates Pellegrino!)

But to hear more, we'll all have to read Carole's forthcoming book. And in the meantime, the author posted a throwback snap of the inside of her former fridge.

It's like she read our fridge-photo-loving minds! Where can we pre-order the book?
