Hovering around 100 pounds, Kourtney Kardashian is the smallest adult member of her family, yet somehow she has drawn a posse of haters on social media for daring to be shown — gasp! — eating food while on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kourtney is hardly shown binge eating or any other remarkable food habit — she just, you know, eats food on TV. And trolls have thoughts.
The mother of three responded to a chorus of criticism by clapping back smoothly to those folks on Twitter.
"I swear i just read 100 comments about me eating on tonight’s episode and some of you are very offended. Let me live," she tweeted, adding laughing emojis.
People revealed that she's still very much keeping up with her clean eating philosophy, though she's not as strict as she used to be, believe it or not: "She maintains that weight by following a very regimented eating plan. Each morning, she takes collagen supplements on an empty stomach, followed by a glass of water with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar."
The report continued: "Then, before working out, Kardashian eats her homemade avocado pudding, and has stovetop whole grain oatmeal afterwards. Lunch is typically a salad with lean protein like chicken or salmon and homemade dressing to limit sugar, and she has more veggies or fruit as an afternoon snack. And she goes light for dinner with soup." And that's a healthy habit she has in common with Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave!
Like anyone who practices the healthy habit of moderation, Kourtney knows when to relax her regimen — such as when she ate a "daily basket of focaccia" while on vacation in Italy this summer.
