Kathie Lee Gifford Leaves TODAY After Drinking 5,300 Glasses of Wine With Hoda Kotb Over 11 Years

Kathie Lee Gifford walked off the TODAY show set on April 5 — after more than a decade on the air. More specifically, Gifford spent 11 full years on the broadcast alongside pal Hoda Kotb — with whom she regularly boozed it up on screen.

The host's emotional final day included much time waxing nostalgic all the special memories she shared with Kotb (who will be joined by her new co-host, Jenna Bush Hager) — including all the wine they consumed. And although Kotb previously nodded to just how buzzed the pair really is while on camera, now we know exactly how much wine swirled around their orbit during their tenure together. And it's... a lot.

The final episode included a trivia segment hosted by John Cena that revealed the pair was served about (wait for it) 5,300 glasses of wine during their time filming the fourth hour together.
