Khloe Kardashian is known for not just Revenge Body — but also her actual revenge body, which she achieved in part through a super-rigid diet that didn't leave much room for the variations necessitated by everyday life. And specifically — her everyday life is a nonstop sprint including work, travel, and motherhood.
Kardashian family nutritionist Philip Goglia explained that it was when Khloe was able to relax some of that rigidity that she was able to really make a breakthrough not just in her diet — but in an overall healthy lifestyle.
“The biggest change that Khloe’s had is being unreasonable about her foods," he told People. "Previously years ago it was like this, ‘I’m so busy, I can’t get that done now I’ll get it later. Oh, my water bottle’s empty but I have to take this meeting.'"
These days, he said, "Her mind set is now completely changed. She’s completely unreasonable. She will say, ‘Hang on, my water bottle is empty I need to go fill it up, I’ll be right back.’ She knows that if she services her nutrition patterns everything else she does becomes easier and more efficient.”
