UPDATED JANUARY 2, 2018, 12 PM ET: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting another baby by surrogate! The first family of Calabasas is expecting baby No. 4, a second boy to round out their brood of two girls and a boy (and counting). It's unclear so far if it's the same surrogate as the one who carried Chicago — nor if Kim's dietary requirements of her will be the same...

When one is pregnant, one may wish to eat chicken spaghetti one moment, and Fruity Pebbles the next — just ask Joanna Gaines! But, when one is pregnant with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's child, one should probably eat whatever the famous couple in question desires. For more on that, just ask Kardashian's surrogate... or Kardashian herself.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians mom of three recently opened up about the kind of diet she wanted her surrogate to stick to, when the latter was pregnant with baby Chicago West. Chatting with Elle, Kardashian shared how she asked her gestational carrier to eat. And, her instructions weren't as strict as you might think. After all, Kardashian said that she chose the woman to carry her baby based on an immediate feeling of trust she had when she met her.
Based on that, she asked her surrogate to stick to a diet that was as organic as possible. But, she also didn't mind cheat days here or there. "I straight up told her, ‘Look, I ate donuts every single day [when I was pregnant.] If you want donuts and ice cream, go for it. Do whatever you feel. I’m not going to be picky like that. That’s just ridiculous."
Hmm... this surrogate thing doesn't seem like such a bad gig! In fact, sounds like Kim's surrogate had more license to consume mass quantities of donuts than Khloe Kardashian is giving herself.
