Kim Kardashian Is Living Her Best "Plant Based Life:" See What She Eats on Her New Diet
Kim Kardashian is incorporating more vegan foods into her diet — and she's got photos to prove it.
While her sister Kourtney Kardashian is sipping collagen-infused "moon juice" to help her fall asleep at night, Kim Kardashian is waking up to some plant-based delicacies. The Keeping up with the Kardashians mom recently showed off a snap of her virtuous breakfast, leaving us all to wonder: What, exactly, is a "sea moss smoothie?"
In the Instagram Story, Kim's plate appeared to hold avocado toast with crunchy toppings, a couple of sausages (we're guessing they were vegan), and some eggs (the jury's out on that one). There was also a glass holding a deep purple drink. "Sea moss smoothie," Kim informed her followers in the caption. She added: "Plant based life."

So, what is the deal with sea moss? According to this algae-themed website, it's a superfood comprised of 15 minerals, including calcium and magnesium. It's also said to be a good source of fiber.
At any rate, it looks like the lawyer-in-training is making good on her vow to eat mostly plant-based foods at home. And while she's at it, she might just make sea moss smoothies the next celery juice. You never know!
