Christina El Moussa Reveals "Brutal" Pregnancy Diet: Nausea, Food Aversions, "Too Many Carbs"

Flip or Flop star Christina El Moussa married Ant Anstead in a surprise wedding over the Christmas holiday weekend with an elegant steakhouse feel — and then jetted off for a honeymoon. Shortly thereafter, she found out she was expecting the couple's fifth child in their blended family. And while happy news, it didn't feel so great — and now, past the first trimester mark and at 15 weeks along, she's revealing the details.
Sharing a photo of her burgeoning baby bump on Instagram, she wrote, "Now that I can talk about [the pregnancy publicly]... The first trimester was brutal!!! Maybe it’s my age (35- considered a geriatric pregnancy) lol... or maybe I just forgot how bad it was with Tay and Bray.. but yikes it really blind sided me. Nausea, exhaustion, too many food aversions, too many carbs.... anyways I’m officially back to feeling somewhat normal. Going to try and enjoy the second trimester while it’s here."
