Scott Disick's multiple rehab stints and alleged hospitalizations haven't thrown him off of drinking wine, which he appears to enjoy sharing with his 19-year-old girlfriend Sofia Richie. In related news, the legal drinking age in America is still 21 and over.
The Daily Mail spotted the pair drinking wine-like liquids (or perhaps it was tea, per pregnant Kylie Jenner?) out of wine glasses in Calabasas, California on Sunday. Here's some photographic evidence of the glass, though we did no independent testing on the liquid contained therein:
