Contrary to popular belief, Gwyneth Paltrow does not subsist on Moon Juice alone. The Goop mogul's famously clean diet also contains some things normies eat (she even eats potatoes) — and, to be fair, the Moon Juice thing only comes into play once a day.

For the March 22 episode of The Goop Podcast, the Oscar winner broke down her daily diet for curious listeners. So, now we have the lowdown on her daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

When you wake up and your name is Gwyneth Paltrow, the first thing you reach for is a smoothie. GP's recipe, which she shared on Goop back in 2016, is made up with almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla mushroom protein powder, and (yes) the Moon Juice powder.

When it comes to lunchtime, Paltrow reaches for healthy eats like a salad topped with protein. In the past, she's shared lunch recipes on Goop that range from a veggie BLT to bowls filled with items like tuna and tomato or black beans and avocado.

But, things loosen up a bit around dinnertime. At night, GP said that she eats "whatever I want." According to recipes she's shared on Goop, those cravings may lean toward roast chicken with roast potatoes and a salad.

Paltrow also shared that she very rarely cleanses. "Only if I'm guinea pigging something for the website, or I try to do one good cleanse a year," she said on the podcast.
