Tribble's Sorry He's Not Sorry

Tribble semi-apologizes for taking selfies while Emily was talking to him and comments on the bathroom brawl.

The whole episode starts with Alex coming over to Vawn's to chat. This, to me, is very interesting. My feelings for Africa have subsided since she chose Vawn over me, but it is fun to sit back and watch the situation play out. What is Alex's angle? She is obviously trying to wiggle herself in the situation, but if Vawn is going to let her insert herself, then I don't blame her.

Later Vawn at least tells Africa that Alex came over. This goes back to his honesty philosophy. It is somewhat up to the girl in the situation to realize what’s going on, and I don’t know if Africa is seeing the writing on the wall. I am interested to see what happens in the next episode. Will Africa have the right to get mad at Vawn if he goes home with another girl, because he was honest? She talks about respecting his honesty, but we will see what happens when push comes to shove.

Even when Emily talked to her in the store as a friend, Africa seems to already be caught under his spell. I know that we have all been there; where you defend your crush/boyfriend/girlfriend, even when your friends and family are telling you that it doesn’t seem right. I don’t know, we will see how it plays out.

Let me just say that Emily Lipman has thrown these fashion shows before and she works her BUTT off with them. I have never seen all of the behind-the-scenes work like I have in this episode, but this just shows what all it entails.

But that I have modeled in fashion shows before, and with Emily, I like to pick out my clothes. Sorry I’m not sorry. She has been known to put me in some clothes that would make most gay men uncomfortable, so I like to have a hand in what I am wearing. I love giving Emily shit about stuff, because it is so easy. She really is one of my best friends so we can have fun together, and I know how to press her buttons. . .and I take full advantage. I wouldn’t call it being "high maintenance," as she said, but more me just trying to ruffle her feathers and get a rise out of her.

I'm glad that the Emilys can now see how hard it is to throw a party. In the last episode, with the Valentine’s Day party, y'all didn't get a chance to see all the stress that I went through throwing that party. It is just a very stressful environment because, what you will find out when you plan big events, is everyone operates on their own time. And you have to be able to put out the fires as they happen, because, trust me, they are gonna happen.

The fashion show was actually an awesome time. I am not going to lie, that event started a little late, therefore giving Tribble a chance to drink. When I drink, my ADD kicks in even more, making it even harder to listen to directions from Emily, and thus why I was taking selfies when she was talking to us. Not going to lie, I really just like to rowl her up and get her to do that finger-pointing thing. I wore this necklace because it was given to me, not because I was going to hit on "bitches" ha!

But it was a good looking event with a lot of energy and I think that it’s awesome that Emily was able to raise a lot of money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. One of the coolest thing about Emily is she takes the lead and has these events for CF and her brother. Shows how big her heart is.

Now onto the main event: The Bathroom Brawl. I don’t know what is going on with these two but I don’t know if they can find it in each other to sort it out. Both of them are big personalities that are stubborn in their own right. I truly feel like they just need to avoid each other, but I think that Alex likes to instigate stuff with Africa. I can’t believe that it got to the point where they were trying to ripping each other’s hair out. The banter between the two leading up to the blows was the most entertaining part. Alex just kept pressing her buttons and Africa could not take it anymore! Going to be interesting to see what plays out next week, because shit is getting REAL.
