Last week Princess Banton (producer), shown in gold, threw us an amazing preview party for our season premiere. It was held at the W Hotel on the main floor. There was red carpet and media. All of Atlanta came out to show their support. We had such a lovely time I was excited to be able to spend this special evening with my loved ones. All of the housewives looked amazing! Now on to this week's episode... In this episode, they focus on me continuing the interview process. As you saw, I did not hire the previous estate manager candidate. Although she went over and above during her trial, there were some administrative things that did not check out. As with everything I do, I go into it prayerfully. So when it didn't work out, I knew it was for a reason.
As I began to prioritize and things started picking up on the personal side, we (my husband and I) decided to consider Executive Managers. This person would manage myself as well as my entities. The house would be considered as one of those entities.
I began a list of qualities that would be necessary for this position. Having learned from previous hires and from systems I developed myself, I knew exactly the type of person/qualities I needed.
On paper, I was very impressed with the two candidates. I particularly liked the first lady. I felt she came very prepared for the interview. This is very important because if I need someone to take a meeting on my behalf, I would want them to do their research prior to the meeting. I also liked the fact that she was able to give me specific examples to my questions. This shows that she had a lot of experience with the type of things I would need her to help me with. Have I found the right person? Watch and see!
I enjoyed watching this week's episode. I am glad there was no drama! I'm excited that NeNe and Sheree settled their differences. They are both lovely women and now they can channel their (positive) energy toward their projects they are working on. Kim makes me laugh out loud! She is hilarious. I enjoyed watching the behind-the-scenes moments of Brielle's birthday party! As we all can relate, we want the best for our kids and have the best intentions. Kim definitely loves her girls. She has said in several interviews that they were her best friends. Someone created a beautiful video of Brielle throughout her childhood. I was sad to see that it didn't make it on the episode. Every time Kim would see it, she would burst into tears! Her baby is growing up!!
Until next time,
