Cynthia Bailey Just Made a Sizzling Fashion Statement in Bright Blue Faux Fur

If you're ever in the near-impossible predicament of having to choose between fishnet stockings and a bright blue coat, take this tip from Cynthia Bailey: you don't have to choose just one. Indeed, The Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty recently showed us just how amazing extra upon extra can look.
On February 27, the model shared a look that paired patterned tights with black pumps and a faux fur collared jacket from Diane Von Furstenberg. (We are loving the topper's cerulean hue.) The Alabama native wore her hair in tumbling curls, and let makeup artist Adrienne Vazquez paint her lids with smoky shadows.
If the phrase blue fur conjures Cookie Monster in your head, prepare to have that changed ... no Sesame Street resident ever looked this smoking:
In her caption, Cynthia hinted that the lewk was part of larger things to come. "Never question God. He has it all planned out," she wrote, adding the hashtag: "#staytuned."
In the meantime, hair artist Jachelle shared a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot. In her captions, the stylist hinted that the photos were part of a "birthday shoot" led by fashion photographer Bryan Taylor Johnson. And while we can't wait to learn more about this project, we're content for now just watching Cynthia work it in that amazing faux fur.
Ironically, this blue jacket is just the cure for our winter blues.
