The Keto diet isn't the only hot wellness trend that Cynthia Bailey is into right now. The Real Housewives of Atlanta (watch full episodes here) model is all about getting intravenous fluid treatment when she's feeling run down — and she even convinced her boyfriend Mike Hill to try out an IV treatment too.

How to Watch

Hey, you know what they say about couples who got IV vitamin drips together! The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Heather Dubrow and her husband are into this in treatment too.

Cynthia explained on Instagram yesterday that she turned to The I.V. Doc because she "just got over a cold, was dehydrated & was feeling a bit jet-lagged from traveling" and she had just celebrated her birthday too. She posted a sweet selfie of her and Mike trying the treatment (scroll below to see it). "Needed my baby @itsmikehill to be able to keep up with me so he joined in on the fun," she said. "This was his first time & now he is hooked too!"

Birthday Month🎉 Between my crazy work schedule & celebrating my birthday in DC, I made sure to have @theivdoctor stop by my hotel to hook me up (no pun intended lol) with a fluid IV treatment because I just got over a cold, was dehydrated & was feeling a bit jet-lagged from traveling. Here's why I love the @theivdoctor. The intravenous route is the fastest way to deliver vital fluids, electrolytes, medications, and vitamins to the body, to restore optimum hydration and support the immune system. Here’s how it works: I.V. fluid is absorbed directly into the bloodstream with 100% efficiency compared with approximately 50-60% or less for oral intake. Thus it promotes faster recovery. An I.V. drip usually takes just 30-45 minutes and its effects are felt almost immediately. That's why I.V. fluid treatments are indispensable in hospitals and emergency care centers. @theivdoctor makes this essential service available to you in your home, hotel or private office to restore your wellness and vitality as quickly and comfortably as possible. These are just a handful of the I.V. treatments their expansive network of licensed doctors & nurses in the US and Europe administer safely in the privacy of your home, hotel room or office. Now, an acute illness, long flight, overindulgent evening, or sheer exhaustion don't have to rob you of valuable time and the ability to be your best. The I.V. Doc can treat your condition promptly and discreetly, at a time you schedule online, with rush service available. Needed my baby @itsmikehill to be able to keep up with me so he joined in on the fun. This was his first time & now he is hooked too! #theivdoctor @officialmattbyars

This isn't the first time Cynthia's raved about this: she went for a treatment earlier this month too, with a drip packed with Vitamin C and B-12.

Other Bravolebs who've turned to intravaneous fluids for an energy boost include Yolanda Hadid and Lisa Rinna, who tried out the treatment on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But IV vitamin drips can be controversial: Kendall Jenner reportedly checked into the hospital briefly last spring after facing some adverse side-effects to an IV treatment. Plus, there's some debate over whether these treatments are beneficial beyond the placebo effect. Consult your doctor, and definitely make sure you're going to a reputable practitioner for this buzzy treatment.

But Cynthia and Mike also recently tried another wellness trend that's a bit more low-key. "Whenever I am in town visiting @noellerobinson at college, I always make sure I stop by the @bethesdasaltcave for a massage & some detox time in the salt cave," she wrote on Instagram, adding she brought Mike along and that "he's also hooked." Chilling out in a salt cave sounds so relaxing. Plus, no needles involved!
