We love a good workout class, but schedule a couple those a week, and the fees can add up fast. So it's inspiring to see Bravolebs who are staying in shape with totally old-school workouts. Yesterday, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi broke down how she heads to her garage-turned-gym for to get killer abs — with weights and exercise bands as the only equipment needed.
Now for even more motivation, The Real Housewives of Atlanta fitness fiend Shereé Whitfield posted the workout she does that basically uses no equipment at all (well at least beyond what you can find at your local park). Here's Shereé tackling stair runs!
Shereé makes that look easy, but that's one of the toughest cardio workouts there is (at least to us). Plus, it got up to 90 degrees yesterday in Atlanta. Shereé threw down the gauntlet with this post, writing: "#mondaymotivation how did u start your week?" No matter how the week got started, you can finish strong like Shereé hustling to the top of those steps.
