Shamari DeVoe: "It Was a Shady Moment and Those are the Facts"
Shamari DeVoe explains Ronnie's reaction to her opening up about their past open relationship and claps back at Eva Marcille's comments at the Bailey-Cue.
Bravotv.com: Were you surprised by Ronnie's reaction when you told him the ladies knew about your open relationship?
Shamari DeVoe: I was not surprised about Ron’s reaction, because that's a part of our relationship that we do not like to discuss with each other, let alone with a group of ladies at a barbecue.
He was not upset about me discussing what our relationship used to be, he was more so just trying to wrap his head around how and why the conversation would have come up at a cookout of all places.
Bravotv.com: Were you happy with how the twins' party turned out?
SD: OMG! YES! The twins' first birthday party was a blast! Since my pregnancy was such a difficult journey and I was hospitalized on bed rest for two and a half months, unable to have my gender reveal and baby shower, I knew we had to do it BIG for their first birthday party...not just for them but for us, because we know what a miracle and a blessing it is for them to be here and healthy. The party was full of love and I’m glad that so many family and friends were there to help celebrate the boys' first year of life.
Bravotv.com: Do you think that Eva wasn't trying to be shady with that pass the peach moment?
SD: Intent vs. action...I do not have an issue with Eva, so, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was not her intention to be shady towards me...however, the action shows that it was a shady moment and those are the facts. It was not a big deal to me, and I was not upset at all, but I do appreciate Eva for clearing things up with me nonetheless.
