The Return of Spark St. Jude
Bravotv.com's Assistant Editor selects the top three moments of Episode 10.
I know, I know, I'm late! (Insert pregnancy joke here). Things have been a bit crazy over at the bravotv.com offices, because we've been slaving away to create shiny new toys for you! It is the season of giving after all. So be sure to check out our Tweet Tracker to get the 411 on all things Bravo (including the Atlanta ladies). You can also share your side of any Atlanta hot topic on our Tweet Battle page. Finally, a forum exists where we can debate such important topics as, "Which is better: Sheree's dancing or Kim's singing?"
But enough shameless plugging, let's get to the back to the task at hand. For this week's #3 moment I'm going to do something a little crazy and give it to one of our online exclusive clips, "A Talent Show." Trust me, you don't want to miss this one. It looked to me like Kim's father was looking to get in on the Tardy for the Party action while Ariana and Riley were performing. He had some serious moves down already, so perhaps a Real parents talent show is in order? I also think Sheree's daughter Kaleigh deserved an award for her flawless delivery of, "Who gonna check me, Boo?" Those kids really had the wives down between the wine, wigs, and all-around sass.
The #2 moment goes out to the return of vocal coach Jan Smith. This woman is all business, and I kind of love it. She's harsh (for example, "You were thinking?"), but I have to say Kim did sound better with her help. It was as if we saw a glimmer of Kim's inner pop star peeking out (similar to Kim's near nip slip during the White Party). Am I right? Or have I just heard "Whoa-Whoa-Whoa-Whoa" one too many times? In any event, the best quote came from Sheree, "Kim knows what she sounds like, but she's laughing all the way to the bank." Too true.
Speaking of spectacular returning guests, I could hardly contain my excitement when Spark St. Jude returned for another photo shoot. This woman is a DELIGHT! SO of course I had to award her the #1 spot. I don't know how Phaedra found her, but I can only hope that Spark will be constantly coming back for more kooky, creative shoots.
First of all, while some of the shots were cute, the one that I really didn't get was the "dangling baby" pose:
It came off more like a "tug-of-war" pose if you ask me. But this picture brings up another point, why did Spark want Apollo to go shirtless while Phaedra remained fully clothed? Seems a bit suspicious … maybe Spark was jonesing for a little eye candy while she worked. In any event, soak up some more Spark during baby Ayden's messy little photo shoot:
