Drew Sidora Mom Moved Out

A move of any size can be stressful, but as viewers saw on the February 28 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Drew Sidora’s transition into her 9,220 square foot dream home was quite the process. Featuring six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a wine cellar, it was certainly lots of work for the RHOA newbie and her husband, Ralph Pittman, to get everything set up. Of course, there was also an additional detail that created a challenge for the couple: Drew’s mother, Pastor Jeanette, was living with them.

How to Watch

“While I was on the girls’ trip, Ralph had to move, and it was very challenging,” she explained in an interview during the episode. “Three kids, my mama!”

Fortunately, it sounds as though the dust has begun to settle for Drew and her family. On the February 28 episode of Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino, Drew offered an update on what her living situation currently looks like. During the interview, Drew explained that throughout the pandemic, the added stress of living with her mother while healing from her achilles surgeries had put a strain on her marriage to Ralph. But now, the pair is in marriage counseling to sort out their differences, and their household also has one less member.

“Mommy is back in Chicago,” Drew said. “But, she did leave some things in her room, so I am guessing she’ll be returning at some point.”

Drew previously opened up about the move on the February 27 episode of The Daily Dish podcast.

“The move was a train wreck,” she said. “It was a fail, you know? It took us three weeks to move over that period because it was like, he didn’t do everything in one swoop. The new owners are like, ‘Uh, can you come get the rest of your stuff? There’s artwork still on the wall, like you left stuff in the garage.’ They were bringing stuff to our house, they’re like, ‘Here’s your sh-t. You didn’t get everything,’ and I just felt like I could have done a better job.”
