Like many of us, Bravolebs are getting pretty creative when it comes to new ways to stay active and fit while self-isolating amid coronavirus (COVID-19). Emily Simpson, for example, shared her completely relatable struggles to get motivation to work out. Luckily, Kandi Burruss and her adorable family are here and still smiling to help us get fit at a safe social distance minus a fancy at-home gym.
On March 24, The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom posted a series of cute videos on her Instagram Stories in which she, daughter Riley, and son Ace get a little cardio going in the privacy (and safety) of their own driveway. Yes, it turns out your humble driveway just might be all the gym you ever really needed... all you need are the right moves.
From inclined running to backward squats, you can really do your best to tone and sculpt without leaving your home. Even little Ace showed off his physical fitness skills with a few moves that included dominating a low-key push-up challenge.
Leave it to Kandi to be resourceful even when she is staying in her lavish Atlanta home.
