A diet called the "Revenge Cleanse" doesn't sound like a cakewalk. And Kandi Burruss is here to tell you: It's not. In her recent Instagram Stories, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member shared some scoop on the cleanse that she and her husband Todd Tucker have attempted to follow in the past few days. In short, "I'm dying," Kandi said.
After showing off a bottle of juice that had claims including "improves digestion" and "promotes healthy [weight loss]," the singer came clean with her followers. Lying in bed with Todd, she said: "I decided to do the Revenge Cleanse, and [Todd] said he was gonna do it with me. We only doing the 3-day cleanse — we said we [were] gonna start off small. And he's already ready to quit!"
According to the diet's website, those who sign up for the three-day cleanse get nine juices that are about 15 calories each. The plan also comes with nine "fat burners" and nine appetite suppressants.
Kandi continued: "The reason I'm doing it is... a lot of my friends did it and they all have lost 10 pounds or whatever. So I'm like, if they can do it, I can do it... But this first day, it's tough! And I f--ked my car up today. So you know I'm already on edge."
