Nene Leakes has taken up a new skill while practicing social distancing. In the March 30 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen @ Home, The Real Housewives of Atlanta fashionista revealed she's been taking beginner beauty lessons on YouTube in order to learn how to do her own makeup. And it looks like those lessons are really paying off.
On Saturday, April 4, Nene hosted a joint Instagram Live session with Kim Zolciak-Biermann. For the epic ATL OG virtual meet-up, Nene looked fab in a bright red top paired with a long wavy 'do and a fierce glam beat done by none other than herself. The Swagg Boutique owner put her beauty lessons to work and created a stunning makeup look featuring a soft pink sultry eye, rosy cheeks, fluttery lashes, and a glossy pink pout. It seems Nene's a quick learner: Just take a look at those perfectly arched brows and smoked-out eyeliner.
"Proud of myself! I did my own hair and makeup to go live with Kim on IG," Nene captioned an IG post showing a close-up look at her glam. "I’m getting better! YouTube been helping a sista out!" She also tagged some of her favorite makeup artists: Jazzmin, Latrice, and Freedom.
