Whether she's sizzling poolside in a skimpy, two-piece swimsuit, glamming it up in Cuba in a festive, printed frock, or keeping cozy in the cold in a Chanel sweater dress, Ms. Parks slays. Just recently, Phaedra brought her own unique brand of fashion magic to California by making even the most classic closet staple feel downright scandalous.
"California dreaming," Phaedra captioned her Instagram post on December 3 as she gave the camera a sly smile. In the pic, Phaedra cuddled up in a canopy seat in Los Angeles while wearing a sleek, black, spaghetti-strapped, mini dress with a low-cut neckline. The mom of two struck an ever-so-flirty pose with her oversized pearl-adorned sun glasses coyly resting on her chin.
As usual, Phaedra's makeup was flawless, thanks to bold, lush lashes and an icy, pink lip color. Her straight, sandy blonde ombré strands were swept to one side with just a massive pair of gold hoops peeking through.
