23 Totally Over-the-Top Vacation Looks From The Real Housewives of Atlanta

Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta offered scandal and intrigue in different area codes. The tumultuous season saw the 'Wives surf highs and lows in their friendships and personal lives — but the drama didn't end in the peach state. The ladies also traveled to Canada and Greece, and they brought all their baggage with them en route. How else could they have tucked in so many fabulous bikinis, sandals, dresses, and wigs? 

If there's one thing this group of ladies does best, it's to deliver the drama. And that goes for what they're wearing, as well as what they're saying to one another (... and behind each other's backs.)

The group trips we saw on this past season inspired some of the most over-the-top looks we've seen to date from Cynthia Bailey, Eva Marcille, Kandi Burruss, Nene Leakes, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and their pals Marlo Hampton and Tanya Sam. The ladies also filled their Instagram feeds with some resort-style inspiration, so we could keep up with fabulous looks that we didn't get to ogle on the show.

While on a family vacation in Jamaica, Kandi got up close and personal with some wildlife in a patterned monokini and ruffled pink pants. The singer also turned up the style in Greece. She traipsed through vineyards in sparkling, fringed pants paired with a white crop top. 

Cynthia's Grecian style included one look that was stylish, but also sensible for walking down Athens' cobblestone streets. The outfit included a bright fanny pack from her own collection, along with a patterned kaftan and colorful sneakers. Cynthia did dress it up as well, and one night channeled a Grecian goddess in a sparkling gown paired with a golden crown. For another look, she brought out a cleavage-bearing maxi-dress in marigold silk. 

Pilar Jhena's mommy has extravagant swimsuit style, as she once displayed on a Jamaican vacation with Tanya. (Take a moment to dig deeper into her cutout, patterned swimsuit here.) And when she joined the RHOA trip to Toronto, she was all too happy to embrace Carnival with a skintight, jeweled bodysuit and a feathered headdress.

The Swagg boutique owner has also traveled to Miami a couple times recently, once for the 2020 Super Bowl and another time for women's empowerment conference. For her days amidst palm trees, Nene packed patterned sets and sexy, sheer-black tops. She also paired leopard-print joggers with a skintight matching tank. 

The model has been known to bring some spiffy, eye-popping looks on her travels. For evidence, see the boldly patterned outfit she wore by the rooftop pool at a Toronto hotel, and the cherry-red kicks that matched. Eva also brought the style to her Jamaican babymoon, where she wore cute swimsuits — one in bright yellow, the other with a jaunty sunglasses print — and had a multicolored manicure. 

For Kenya, the best part of going to Greece was being able to spend time with her daughter Brooklyn. The mama captured the mother-daughter memories in spectacular style, staging a photo shoot against the Grecian sea. Matching her mini-me in a flowing, periwinkle dress, the former beauty queen also wore a headband of sparkling leaves. The RHOA friend brought the shimmer to the Greece trip with a plunging, silver gown and an elaborate beaded headpiece. For her poolside style, she paired a custom print silk dress with a matching duster and cherry-red stilettos. And on a separate trip to South Africa, she represented African designers in a tiger-printed kimono set and fabulous, feathered neck collar. 

The RHOA friend is always runway-ready, even when when she's living out of a suitcase. She got cheeky on the Greece trip in a black thong swimsuit encircled with a Gucci logo belt. She hit the vineyard in a trailing gown with neon animal print.
