Sanya Richards-Ross Wants to Clarify Something About the Party at Her House
After getting some shade from her RHOA castmates about the celebration for Shereé's birthday, Sanya "set the record straight."
On the July 31 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Sanya Richards-Ross had her castmates over to her home for the first time for a gathering that left some of the ladies less than impressed, to put it lightly. However, in The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 14 After Show video above, Sanya took a moment to clear something up about the event.
"I gotta set the record straight," said Sanya, who also used the evening as an opportunity to celebrate Shereé Whitfield's birthday. "I was not hosting a housewarming or a birthday party. I had been to Shereé's house and everybody else's house, obviously. I felt like my house still needs a whole lot more work. I'm still working on it. But I was like, hey, whatever. Like, I don't mind for people to see exactly where I'm at. I didn't even know it was Sheree's birthday until a couple [of] days before...so I text the girls, and I was like, 'Hey, let's just bring some gifts. Let's just do something.'"
"It really wasn't meant to be a birthday party for Shereé or a housewarming," she continued. "Just meant to have the girls ever and kind of get them ready for Jamaica."
Despite her castmates' comments about the evening (see what they had to say in the video above), Sanya was pleased with how it unfolded. "I thought it turned out mostly great," she said.
