Shereé Whitfield's dedication to keeping in tip top shape is legendary. The Real Housewives of Atlanta  alum hasn't even let self-quarantine get in the way of staying fit. Not only does she love to do rigorous at-home workouts with her family, but she also enjoys working up a sweat in the great outdoors. Now, Shereé is sharing her workout secrets that help her stay healthy, fit, and fabulous at 50 years old

On May 12, Shereé took to Instagram to show off all her best moves as she put in that work at her impromptu gym. All she needed was a band, some stairs, and a bench for Shereé to reach her goals for the day. First, Shereé starts with tricep and shoulder moves with a band that she has inventively placed around a hand rail. Then, she hits the stairs hard for a little cardio time. Next, comes a set of jumping squats, followed by leg raises and deep lunges. Phew.

Honey, we were out of breath just watching it. Of course, when it comes to motivation to put down the chips and get moving, Shereé said it best in her caption. "Don't stop..."
