The RHOA Ladies Rave About She By Shereé: "The Pieces Were Dope!"

Shereé Whitfield has a serious question — and it's one she's asked before. "Who gon' check me, boo?" she wrote via hashtag, on a May 9 Instagram post that showed her looking un-check-able. The post featured a video of the She by Shereé designer rocking a skintight black catsuit, and the look will surely go down in Atlanta fashion history.

Shereé's Skintight Catsuit

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In the Instagram snap, Shereé did a runway-worthy walk on a balcony. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member wore a plunging black catsuit that had sheer lace inserts on each leg.  Shereé accessorized with high, black-and-gold heels and tumbling blonde curls. She also had a hot pink manicure, a dewy bronzed beauty look, and the sultry facial expressions of a pro model.

In her caption, the designer added hashtags spelling out She by Shereé and Shape by Shereé. The piece that the Housewife wore in her post resembled the Sasha Jumpsuit from her own collection ($262). According to the product description, that piece is intended as "gym wear that's feminine, flattering, and functional."

But with these heels, the style has a decidedly more nighttime flavor. Watch Shereé rock the style and prepare to have major catsuit envy.

Though She by Shereé had its doubters in the early days, the collection has come a long way. In Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Shereé staged a fashion show for her collection after 14 long years of developing her label. In this show, there was actually fashion: 24 looks, to be exact.

And as you can hear in the clip above, Shereé castmates were duly impressed. The ladies had to admit that "the pieces were dope!" and we see no lie.

During the fashion show,  Kenya Moore gushed: “That’s cute, I like it,” as a model wearing a beige pair of joggers and a matching bomber jacket sauntered down the runway. And in an interview during the 2022 episode, Kandi Burruss requested, “Please have a way for us to purchase, because I do see some things that I will be buying.”

More About She by Shereé

After the episode aired, She by Shereé broke the Internet. (Or at least its own site.) Following the show shoppers flocked to the She by Shereé website, causing it to crash. Shereé promptly took to her Instagram Stories to address the backlash.

“Due to the overwhelming interest in She by Shereé, the influx of love is crashing the website,” she wrote. “But please understand [it’s] being worked on so continue to check back in within the next 24 hours. We [are] working to get this quickly resolved. We wish to serve you soon. Thank you for your interest.”

Still, it seems there was one person who snagged a piece from the coveted line. Andy Cohen took to Instagram to show off his logo hoodie from the brand. “He... by Shereé,” he quipped in the caption. And don't worry: The site is now back up and running!
