Kandi and Riley Burruss Are "on a Mission" to Eat Their Way Through Japan on an Epic Mother-Daughter Trip
The Real Housewives of Atlanta singer Kandi Burruss is eating rainbow noodles, Bart Simpson lattes, and more in Japan.
When The Real Housewives of Atlanta ladies hit Tokyo for a group trip in Season 11, Kandi Burruss wasn't so sure about the food. In fact, if you watch the clip above, you'll even hear her refer to salmon tartare as a "nar nar." (Burn!) But now that the singer is back in Japan with her daughter, Riley Burruss, it looks like the teen's adventurous palate has helped her mom embrace some new flavors as well.
At a floating noodle restaurant — literally, noodles float out on a watery conveyor belt, and patrons snatch 'em up with chopsticks — Kandi shared a photo and a noble goal. "Operation find all the cool restaurants in Japan has been our mission," she wrote. And, what do you know, the duo has succeeded.
While on vacation, Kandi has posted a series of enticing snaps showing just what she's consuming as she's "eating with Rilez." From rainbow noodles to a Bart Simpson sketch rendered in foam, keep scrolling to see what the mother-daughter pair is digging into out east.
