See Where the World’s Longest Zipline Is Going Up

Hint: The #RHOBH were within striking distance.

The highest mountain in the U.A.E. is going to get a zipline — and the plans would make the new line the longest in the world.

According to widely reported news from the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, the new thrill for adventure seekers on Jabal Jais would be 2.6 kilometers long — that’s equivalent to more than 1.6 miles, or about 16 city blocks. Let that sink in.

The ride is planned as part of a tourism push to attract thrill-seeking travelers to the northern Emirate. Of course, Dubai is the most populous city in the U.A.E. — and recently hosted The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills... who may or may not have been game for such insanity.

It’s slated to open to the public in April. And if all goes according to plan, the attraction would usurp the record for the longest zipline in the world from Zip 2000 at Sun City in South Africa. That one's 2,000 meters long — short in comparison! — and nearly 1,000 feet high. Check it out here — and see if your pulse doesn’t race uncontrollably.

Now who's game for one 2,000 feet longer?
