As she was making the rounds at Dorit Kemsley's 40th birthday party, she made one comment in particular that rubbed some of the ladies the wrong way. While Lisa V. says it's a joke, not everyone is laughing. So is it really a difference in America humor vs. British humour, or is there something more to it?
