Camille Grammer Shares an Intimate, Treasured Photograph That Firefighters Saved from Her Destroyed Home
"They tried their hardest to save my house," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend said.
Camille Grammer has made the best of losing her Malibu home in the Woolsey Fire last fall, including describing her temporary trailer-home living as glamping. Though they're few, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend also treasures the family mementos that the firefighters managed to thoughtfully save, including a few photo albums.
"Found this picture while going through photo albums the firemen removed from my home when they realized they couldn’t save it. They tried their hardest to save my house," she wrote in an Instagram post sharing a gorgeous photo of Camille sans makeup, looking in a mirror.
With a nod to the past, the image symbolizes the fresh start that Camille is currently experiencing.
“We have the necessities we need,” she told PEOPLE this week. “We don’t need an abundance of things. Humbling experiences like this bring you to your knees. It really is a fresh start."
