Denise Richards Moves into a New House

Denise Richards is on the move again, but unfortunately not by choice! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer and her husband, Aaron Phypers, had to quickly pack up the Malibu home they've been renting since November (at a dear price of $17,000 per month) to move after the house became flooded during a recent rainstorm.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Why can’t the paparazzi ever take pictures of me when I have make up on and my hairdo done?!? And dressed 'nice' instead of me being disheveled packing our house up to move after it’s been flooded," she wrote in a self-deprecating Instagram post accompanied by unflattering pap snaps that revealed their new need to relocate.

Denise and Aaron moved into that rental home after they were displaced from their Malibu home due to the Woolsey Fire in November. The natural disaster also claimed the homes of singers Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus as well as the home of RHOBH friend Camille Grammer, who has also recently moved into a Malibu home she originally purchased as an investment property after living in a temporary trailer by the water.

After all the unpredictable chaos, here's hoping everyone has nothing but peace, quiet, happiness, and stability in their new Malibu abodes.
