Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Kyle Richards took to the desert over the weekend of April 13 to soak in some music sets — and a cocktail or two — at Coachaella. But when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friends weren't at the fest, they were taking brisk jogs or clocking time at the local gym. It's all about balance, people!

On April 14, Kyle took to Instagram Stories to show a snap of a "post Coachella run" with Teddi and her hubby Edwin Arroyave. Over on her own Stories, Teddi posted a picture from the run and wrote: "We may be slow, but we are doing it." Later, Teddi showed off a peek of the elliptical she was working out on, even though: "The struggle is real today," she confessed. 

So, takeaway lesson number one: Even if your trip involves a few parties and late nights, doing something is better than doing nothing the next morning. Plus, you can take a brisk jog wherever you are in the world. And, most hotel gyms will offer up a treadmill, an elliptical, or another type of machine you can work up a sweat on if the weather gets rough. 

Teddi also showed a peek of a health essential she brings on the road: raspberry Emergen-C, which is packed with Vitamin C, electrolytes, and other supplements. "For those asking what's in my water, it's [Emergen-C]," the fitness buff wrote. "I don't take ketones."
