This Throwback Clip Proves Camille Grammer Was an '80s Style Queen

Before Camille Grammer became a mom and joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, she was busy busting a move and serving looks on MTV's hit '80s show, Club MTV, and we have sweet proof. 

Thanks to Instagram account Hot & Bravo’d resurfacing a clip from the music show, we got to see an epic flashback of Camille — and it is '80s perfection. Rocking a fitted yellow minidress with hoop earrings and full feathery bangs, Camille looked like she stepped right off the set of a rock music video. 

Even back then, fans wanted in on Camille's secrets to maintaining a fit figure. When asked how she stays in such marvelous shape, a younger Camille replied: "Well, I try to get to the gym at least three times a week and I dance a lot and do aerobics and try to eat the right foods."

Camille also very much enjoyed this walk down memory lane and shared still images from the clip. "Thanks @hotnbravod for this blast from the past! she captioned the Instagram post.

Fast forward about 30 years and the RHOBH pal looks just as incredible. While aerobics isn't as popular anymore (don't worry, Dorinda Medley is making a case to bring it back!), Camille maintains an active fitness regimen filled with swimming, paddling, and other outdoor activities.
