Ah, to have a workout buddy like Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. (How we envy you, Kyle Richards!) But if we never get to nab Teddi as our personal accountability coach, at least we'll have a way to burn a few calories every day in her company. Here's the scoop:
On August 21, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness buff took to Instagram to share some news. "You asked, so get ready to receive (and sweat!). Just wrapped my very first workout video-- All In: 30 Minute Cardio by Teddi," she announced. We already love this for two reasons: one, the workout is led by Teddi herself; and two, we could feasibly squeeze it in before we leave for work in the mornings!
The post continued: "Can’t wait to show you all, especially those of you who requested and motivated me to do this thing. We are working as hard as we can to get it to you quickly-- just as soon as we all shower (not together)!"
Making the video was no joke, either. On her Instagram Stories, Teddi shared: "I don't think I fully took it into consideration how many takes it would require to do a workout video from different angles." While walking ever-so slowly across the floor, she said: "So, yeah, this is my walk!"
We're sure the effort was worth it, and we promise you, Teddi: We'll put just as much effort into our workouts every time we use your vid!
