Tour Dorit Kemsley's Beverly Beach Office (Which Is Just as Fabulous as You'd Expect)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills swimwear designer shows off her LA showroom — and the products inspired by her RHOBH pals.
If you've ever wondered where Dorit Kemsley dreams up her barely-there bikinis inspired by the ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, get ready: Page Six just dropped into the Beverly Beach by Dorit showroom in L.A. for an exclusive tour from Dorit herself. No surprise, the swimsuit designer's office looks like a glamorous island oasis, with lots of palm fronds, greenery, colorful pillows, and even a gilded palm tree.
Dorit explains in the video (watch it below) that this was a "raw empty space" before she got her hands on it and turned it into a cozy workspace with room for meetings and even a spot for her kids, Jagger and Phoenix, to play.
For the tour, Dorit explained how she got into swimwear then showed off her athleisure line (and her toned abs) in a crop top and leggings. "I always had the notion that it was going to develop into a lifestyle brand," she said as she explained how she's branching out into workout gear and accessories.
The styles she picked out to share just happened to include the new Camille coverup and Teddi bikini — named after Camille Grammer and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave (who definitely noticed when Dorit didn't initially name any of her products after them).
"Some of the styles, they're just named after women in my life. I'm sure if I have a falling out with someone, it's not my first choice to sit there and design a piece and launch it with their name attached to it," she explained. "It's not meant to hurt anyone's feelings."
