Amelia Gray Hamlin is again playing with her look in a daring, experimental way, recently rocking a long, flowing mustache for a new campaign for Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood.

“To say that my gratitude runs deep is not enough. To say thank you is not enough,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter began a February 1 Instagram post showing herself in an exaggerated white shirtdress, oversize pearl-and-chain drop earrings, and white booties — plus, of course, a long mustache that matched her brunette tresses.

“Andreas, I love you and your talented brain so much […] To be given this opportunity… to be wearing a mustache… to feel more beautiful, and powerful than ever,” Lisa Rinna’s youngest daughter continued in the caption, showing her appreciation for the Austrian designer and his late wife. “To be shot by Juergen [Teller], it all just [feels] so right and so Vivienne.”

She continued: “Thank you… for allowing me to be a representation of punk. A representation of beauty through Vivienne’s Gaze… an honor […] VIVIENNE WE MISS YOU WE LOVE YOU THANK YOU.”

Amelia also shared an adorable behind-the-scenes look at herself getting the mustache put on in her Instagram Stories, revealing how difficult it was for her to keep a straight face during the process.

“I love [you] so much. Behind the scenes of the mustache in the making,” the model wrote over the video as she sat (somewhat) patiently in the makeup chair, tagging stylist Charlie Le Mindu for the handiwork.

Le Mindu also shared the image of Amelia in the campaign, explaining an attraction to “breaking the ordinary codes of beauty.”

“[Women’s] freedom to wear body hair in our normative society being one of the symbols of empowerment,” Le Mindu wrote in the caption. “[What’s] more punk than displaying them on the most visible part of a body, aka the face!”
