Denise Richards recently revealed to the world that she and her family would be moving to the state of Montana to live part-time, while still maintaining a residence in Southern California. But now, one of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress' old Los Angeles-area homes, which she sold in 2018 for $4.75 million, is back on the market for $7.995 million — and is being repped by Josh Altman, the power realtor from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles who has also sold homes for celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
The home still has a bit of a Bravo-related connection, even after Denise's departure. Los Angeles Daily News discovered through searching the property records that the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 29-year-old Hidden Hills home, which sits on more than an acre and boasts an outdoor kitchen, grotto, and pet spa, is currently owned by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Carlton Gebbia's former in-laws, Gloria and John Gebbia.
