Lisa Rinna Addresses the "Terrible Rumor" Involving Erika Girardi and Her Beauty Line
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills beauty mogul shut down rumors that Erika invested in Rinna Beauty.
Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills depicts a rocky season in Erika Girardi's life, but Lisa Rinna has been her rock. The two Housewives are good friends, but some fans are wondering whether Lisa's loyalty to her pal goes beyond mere friendship.
When Lisa appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on August 11, she put a certain scuttlebutt to rest. During the After Show, a viewer had written in to ask: "Are you not making Erika own it [this season] because she invested in your makeup line?"
Lisa hopped on that opportunity to make a firm announcement. "[Erika] did not invest in [Rinna Beauty], let's get that really straight right now." She continued: "That was a very terrible rumor. I mean, I would never borrow money from anybody. I have a partner that I'm in business with, Erika did not give me a dime. And by the way, I would never borrow money from a friend. Don't ever borrow money from a friend — don't ever get into business with a friend!"
And in case there's any doubt in your mind: "That is not true, not true, no!" Lisa added. (Watch the moment in the video above.) However, there is some real news about Rinna Beauty, and it involves new products coming in 2022. In a recent Instagram share, Lisa shared a photo of her eyes with full glam, along with a teaser: "They say the eyes are the window of the soul… [Rinna Beauty] The Eyes. Coming 2022."
