Did Sutton Stracke Pay a Security Deposit to Rent Kyle Richards' Home?
Sutton opened up about the financial details of renting her RHOBH castmate's Bel-Air house.
Sutton Stracke may have given Kyle Richards $20,000 per month to rent her Bel-Air home, but there was one important check Kyle didn't ask her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate to write.
"Kyle did not make me give a security deposit," Sutton told Jimmy Kimmel Live guest host Maren Morris during an August 16 appearance on the show. "I think she trusted me."
Sutton also told the singer that she would be leaving Kyle and Mauricio Umansky's home "soon," and just over one week later, she started moving into the house she bought last year for $5.35 million. In an August 24 Instagram Story video, Sutton showed an empty room filled with dozens of boxes. "When the boxes move in, you know it's real!" she wrote. In a separate post, she teased, "Let the real unpacking begin…" before calling the abode the "first home" "that's all mine."
On RHOBH's May 26 episode, Sutton opened up about creating her dream house. "This is the first time I've ever done anything like this on my own," she said. "But I'm 49 years old. I'm ready for this."
After selling her former home and starting work on the new one, she knew Kyle's Bel-Air house would be the perfect temporary residence. "The sale of my house went really fast, so I needed a place to live really quickly," she said during her Jimmy Kimmel Live interview. "And I needed a place to live that allowed my three children, my four dogs, my three cats, and a camera crew...that house was seasoned for it, so it was easy."
