Dorit Kemsley's Encino House Just Got a "Major Price Reduction"
The RHOBH cast member's home, listed by MDLLA's David Parnes and James Harris, has a brand new price tag one month after it was listed for $9.495M.
After listing her new Encino house for $9.495M last month, Dorit Kemsley just significantly dropped the price of the home.
In an October 12 Instagram post, David Parnes, who is listing the property alongside his business partner and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles costar James Harris, revealed that the house now comes with a much lower price tag. "MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION," David captioned his post. "Reduced by $1.5M."
In his post, David also highlighted some of the luxe amenities of the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom house, which is now listed for $7.995M. "Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a backyard with a pool, cabana, putting green, and a sports court," he wrote. "Additional features include a screening room and 3-car garage."
After purchasing the abode for $6.475M in 2019, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member opened up about her move during Season 10 of the show. "When I walked into this house, I just knew this is perfect for our family," she said in one episode, adding in another, "The kids are able to enjoy every single space in this house, which I love. It just feels like a really happy home."
In the last year, the home has been the backdrop of many incredible moments for Dorit, Paul "PK" Kemsley, and their kids. In addition to hosting a lavish housewarming party, holiday dinners, and birthday celebrations, the family has enjoyed plenty of time swimming in the pool, playing in the kids' incredibly cool bedrooms, and cooking in Dorit's "dream kitchen."
