Last year, we learned Dr. Paul Nassif — one of Beverly Hills' top plastic surgeons — is no stranger to going under the knife himself. In November 2019, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared he got a deep plane facelift in 2018 by friend and plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Jacono. Paul told Page Six that he decided to get surgery after his weight loss, which left him with excess skin. "The excess skin, especially in my neck, was driving me crazy," he shared.

During a recent interview with BravoTV.com, Paul shared more details on what that experience was like for him. "I was a hard person to deal with as a patient. [My wife] Brittany [Pattakos] had to take care of me. And god bless her for doing that. She did a great job. I was a little bit of a baby," he shared. "I didn’t like the pain. But overall I think for the first few days I was a baby and then I did OK."

This wasn't Paul's first experience as a plastic surgery patient. "I’ve had my nose done a bunch of times. 'Cause of a trauma. So, you know, I’ve been under the knife a few times, so I’m actually used to it," he revealed.

While the deep plane facelift wasn't his first, it looks like it might be his last. "I don’t need anything anymore," Paul shared. "I mean that better be enough."
