In 2019, Eileen Davidson shared a mouthwatering snap of her potatoes au gratin, and declared the cozy dish "worth the fat." But little did we know, the spuds are just one of many comfort foods that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum can whip up like a pro.

In an Instagram post from December 27, Eileen reflected on her food-filled holiday week. "In the last five days I have made breaded chicken cutlets with pasta puttanesca, ribeye steaks with potatoes au gratin and roasted [Brussels] sprouts, four layer lasagna with fresh mozzarella and turkey sausage and ground turkey pink tomato sauce, classic roast turkey with sourdough bread stuffing, mashed potatoes gravy and string beans," Eileen wrote.

Curious about dessert? She continued: "Let’s not forget the chocolate peanut butter brownies with chocolate buttercream frosting! Culminating in today’s homemade leftover turkey carcass noodle soup!"

The actress, who opens up about gaining weight during the COVID-19 pandemic in the clip above, went on to quip: "Counting my blessings this holiday season not to mention counting the pounds I have gained."
