Kyle Richards Shares a Gorgeous Update on Her Aspen House (PICS)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is giving a new look at her serene Colorado vacation home.
Kyle Richards has been on the move lately. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently had some family fun at a Morgan Wade concert in Los Angeles on October 20 and then headed to New York City to film the October 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Before she flies to Las Vegas for BravoCon 2023, which takes place from November 3-5, Kyle is currently enjoying some downtime at her Aspen vacation home, and documenting the gorgeous views in the process.
In an October 29 Instagram Story, Kyle shared a serene video of the burning fireplace in her living room before turning the phone to show the snow-covered trees through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The next day, she showed more of stunning sights as she recorded the trees, snow-capped mountains, and a glimpse of the illuminated town beneath the dark, early morning sky. "Good morning," she wrote.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's Aspen House
Kyle, Mauricio Umansky, and their daughters moved into their new Colorado vacation home in August 2022 after deciding to say goodbye to their former home in the same area. “Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space,” she explained in an Instagram Story at the time, adding that she is “never leaving Aspen.”
As Kyle has documented via Instagram Stories throughout the last year, the family's new Aspen house features wood, stone, and a beautiful variety of rustic furniture and decor.
They also have a vacation home in La Quinta (watch the video above to see it) in addition to their primary home in Encino.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's current living situation
As Kyle and Mauricio navigate a "challenging" time in their marriage, they are continuing to live together in the Encino home, but are sleeping in separate bedrooms.
"I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it's very, like, masculine and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's like a bed," Kyle explained on the October 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?' No." With a laugh, she seemed to reconsider, saying, "I could."
